Inspection services will only be executed by highly experienced, qualified and certified inspectors. This will assure you that materials and documents are supplied in accordance with project requirements, specifications and international standards.

Shop Surveys and Audits

On behalf of our client, PMC will execute technical and/or commercial audits or shop surveys. A detailed report will be issued within 48 hours after the survey.

Inspection Test Plans (ITP)

Our inspectors can assist you in preparing ITP’s and a project quality control system to determine the inspection levels for all material purchase orders.

Pre-inspection meetings (PIM)

After the first priority drawings and documents have been reviewed and approved or commented by engineering, a pre-inspection meeting at supplier’s location will be arranged to ensure that client and/or project requirements are fully understood and correctly implemented.

Document review

PMC can assist you in review technical documents such as material specification, welding procedures and qualifications, ITP’s etc.

Intermediate shop inspections

Intermediate inspection visits will be planned to inspect any hold, witness and review points in accordance with the approved ITP’s. A detailed visit report will be issued within 24 hours after the visit.

Final inspections

Final inspections will ensure that the orders are executed in accordance with your technical requirements and your packing and documentation specifications. After acceptance a signed release note will be issued by our inspector.
